I have a solution for you, but installing and then removing the bed rails after each use is going to cause undue stress on the hardware components on the bed rails; these components are designed to be installed once and discarded after installation, so there isn't going to be a rail kit that can be used in this manner. I may have a solution for you, but as of April 2021 there are not any powered retractable tonneau covers that are available for a 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 DRW.
